What is the time of delivery?
Your order will be processed within 7 Days from the date it has been placed on our site. We aim to dispatch goods within 48 Hours of receipt of order.
What all places are the products delivered?
We deliver to most locations within India & Internationally.Product page has an option to check the service availability at any given Pincode of India.
Custom Duties & VAT?
Custom Taxes, Import Duties and VAT are not in our control.
These charges vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. Custom Taxes, Import Duties and VAT are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
These are entirely buyer’s responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
Can I choose my delivery date?
You can inform us for delivery date by sending a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
The delivery team will try to contact you to confirm your availability. Kindly ensure that your phone number is not DND enabled. If you are not reachable, two attempts are made to give the delivery. If you are still not available to collect your goods the parcel will be returned to us, which may take up to 2/3 weeks. The delivery charge is non refundable and a further delivery request will incur fresh delivery charges. Our couriers may also leave parcels with neighbours in cases where you are not at home.
I have received a damaged item or incorrect order?
If you observe that the parcel delivered to you have damaged product or does not contain products you have ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
Do not accept any damaged parcel and report the matter immediately to email@example.com. If the parcel is not returned and is collected by you/ neighbor/friends/ reception/ anyone on your behalf, the parcel shall be considered as Accepted in good condition.
I have only received part of my order?
We can deliver your order in separate parcels and on different dates. We will keep you informed via an email in such cases. Please note there are no additional charges if your order is delivered in multiple parcels.
What if I don't receive my parcel?
If you do not received your goods within 3-4 weeks you should call our support team. It may be that an item is unavailable and our dispatch department has not been able to contact you. It is also possible that the item has been returned to us in your unavailability.
How can I track my order?
You can look for the status of your order in the My Account > Order history link. It will show the latest status of your order. Alternatively, you can call us and we will be happy to assist you. Make sure you have your customer membership number or order reference number to hand.
What happens if an Item I have ordered is out of stock?
All items are subject to availability. Generally, items shown as available on our website are available to order. However, during busy periods it is possible that we may not be able to send your order or there is an unexpected delay in dispatch.In such cases, we will let you know as soon as possible. If it has not been possible to reach you we may send out the remaining order and refund the missing item. Also please refer to the Cancellation by Shoppingover.com in Terms of Usage page.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order within 08 hours of making the purchase. You can contact us by calling our support team or dropping a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancellation will be effective within 48 hours and you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, cancellation notice can be considered if the order has not been packaged / shipped by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
Your online shopping satisfaction is our aim. We strive to make you happy each time you make a purchase from Shoppingver. If any unforeseen situation making you unhappy then we follow a simple return policy to ensure that you can easily buy our products and can return them if the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
However, please ensure that the article is not rendered unsellable or not stitched. The conditions below would explain what events render an article unsellable and hence non-returnable.
What all items can I return?
Shoppingover.com would only accept returns on size issue of Apparels or any genuine reason for which shoppingover & buyer are mutually agree. For all other items No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

- Return items will be only accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They should not be soiled, scratched or dented at any place.
- Tags should not be removed.
- If an unstitched item was bought, it should not be stitched. Also, Items on which stitching option are selected, cannot be returned.
- Beads, Sequins, thread work should be intact and not spoiled at any place.
- In case of packaged items, the packet seal must be intact. Once unsealed, product cannot be returned unless for any manufacturing defect.
Any items unable to satisfy the return conditions may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Will my money be refunded in case of returns?
In case return is requested due to size issue or any err while placing the order, cost of return courier will have to be paid by customer. In the case of former the Money would not be refunded (due to size issue or any err while placing the order).However in case of latter (incorrect order, manufacturing defect or any err on our side),the invoice value would be reimbursed to you. Please note return shipment is limited upto 50 kg.
How does 7-day return policy work?
To return a item you need to first contact the support team within 3 days of receiving the article. You can contact us by calling our support team or dropping a mail at email@example.com. After authenticating your return request we will send email to your registered mail id and approve your return. You will have to fill the details requested in the mail with accurate information and print it. These details will have to be sent by you along with the package through courier. Please ensure to return package within 7 days of us sending the authorizing email else it will cancel your return request.
